Abstract

Spaski and et al. /1/ have determined the X-ray structure of (Et4N)(2)C(2)O(4 center dot)2SnX(4)(X=Br,Cl) and have found an oxalate bichelating two SnX4 molecules.Our study of the interactions between (Pr2NH)(2)C2O4 with SnCl4 has yielded crystals of (Pr2NH2)(2)C2O4 center dot SnCl4 (1) suitable for X-ray determination and comparison with this earlier report.
