Abstract
Seminar for Centre for Environmental Policy, Faculty of Natural Sciences, Imperial College London
Translating science for decision makers is challenging, both in the policy or business worlds. It is also essential for maximising the impact of academic work.
This presentation discusses such issues with reference to eight years’ experience of applying and translating science for decision makers in the Houses of Parliament and in industry. Examples are drawn from the fields of energy and environmental management.
