Abstract
Simulation results for the capacity distribution of an indoor multiple input multiple output (MIMO) communications system are presented. Results are based on ray traced propagation data for micro- and macro-MIMO array configurations. Capacity levels are compared with well-known mathematical results for uncorrelated Rayleigh fading. Significant capacity gains are seen using a macro-MIMO configuration.
