Abstract

The crystal and molecular structore of the complex [Ru(nbd)L₂] (nbd=bicyclo[2.2.1]hepta-1,4-diene; HL=2(1H)-pyridinethione) are described. The ruthenium centre is six-coordinate with a transoid arrangement of the two sulfur atoms of two chelating bidentate L ligands.
