Abstract

This research presents a user-friendly Excel-based tool designed to enhance natural ventilation and indoor air quality (IAQ) in shelters for displaced populations. Developed through an online survey involving shelter practitioners and researchers and validated against EnergyPlus (E+), this tool effectively models natural ventilation and IAQ, offering a practical approach to healthier shelter design.
