Abstract

As an important carrier of energy Internet related technology applications, energy routers can realize interconnection, energy exchange and routing of energy and information within the energy local area network (LAN) or between energy Internet. In this paper, the component capacity and the network routing were planned for the regional energy wide area networks (WAN) consisting of multiple energy routers based on the virtual energy routers (VERs) technology. Firstly, the concept of energy routers was introduced. And the energy transport conversion extension model was proposed. Secondly, based on the hybrid power flow model and the energy transport conversion extension model of the energy router, a multi-energy coupling association model considering multi-energy routers was constructed. Meanwhile the routing algorithm of VERs was given. Finally, the energy router component capacity planning with energy network routing planning was proposed based on the routing algorithm of VERs. The simulation shows that the planning method based on the routing algorithm can obtain the capacity planning of energy equipment inside the energy router and the energy WAN routing planning results, improving the energy, environment and economic benefits of the regional energy wide area network.
