Abstract

Objectives: This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows:. To assess the efficacy and costs of psychological interventions (alone, or with CR or pharmacotherapy, or both) in adults who have a diagnosis of CHD, HF or AF compared to no intervention, or treatment as usual, on psychological and clinical outcomes.
