Abstract

The light interacting on asymmetric nanostructures can give rise to the phenomenon called extrinsic chirality [1-3], even if the nanostructures are not chiral by themselves. In this cases, light can be manipulated in order to obtain interesting behaviour such as anomalous refraction [4] or circular dichroism [5].
