Multi-stability and polariton solitons in microcavity polaritonic wires

Abstract

We present theoretical and numerical study of nonlinear effects in microcavity polaritonic wires. We report that the typical microcavity bistability is replaced with multistability and study parametric generation and dynamics of polariton solitons in these wire waveguides.
