Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

In the development process of behavioral finance, investor sentiment and investor attention have become two important topics, because they can explain some market phenomena that cannot be explained by traditional theories. In recent years, with the rise of the Internet, the importance of media's influence on investment behavior and stock returns has also been gradually explored. In this review, we review the key thematic literature on the key factors affecting stock returns in these three areas of behavioral finance, including how they affect investment decisions and stock returns. This paper also found out the research gap and clarify the problems to be solved to help future research determine the direction.
