Abstract
Intracellular mechanics is a key determinant of cell biology. However, intracellular mechanics are difficult to study in a direct way. Intracellular silicon-based nanodevices open up opportunities to analyze intracellular mechanobiology. A mass production and high reproducility H-comb mechanical sensor microinjected together with the sperm head in an II oocyte allows tracking and quantifying a program of intracellular forces and mechanical properties changes during the first stages of the one-cell mouse embryo, from fertilization to first division. It has been also demonstrated the need of this corresponding fo
