Abstract

[Os₃H(CO)₁₀{CF₃CCHCF₃}] reacts with certain 2-electron donor ligands, L, to give cluster alkene complexes [Os₃(CO)₁₀{CF₃(H)C:C(H)CF₃}L]; the X-ray structures of two of these complexes (L = Br^-, PEt₃) are reported.
