Abstract

Compositions, methods, and kits for repair and production of extracellular matrix are
provided. In the broad aspect, the composition comprises a ligand of α5β1 integrin attached to a surface of a nanoparticle composed of a protein, with a proviso that the protein is not fibronectin.
