Abstract

The ordinate axis labels of Fig. 2(g) of the Letter should be multiplied by a factor of 100. The correct values are shown in Fig. 1. None of the other figures are affected by this correction. None of the conclusions of the Letter are affected by this correction. (Figure Presented). The authors thank Roemer Hinlopen for making us aware of the error in the figure of the Letter.
