Abstract
The paper describes the application of computer data acquisition and control techniques to several high pressure hydraulic systems and draws attention to the problems of sampling and rapid data acquisition. The general requirements for data acquisition and control systems, using computers, are discussed and future trends in microcomputers and minicomputers are reviewed
