Abstract

The original publication of this paper has been updated as the following corrections were necessary to Table 4 on page 119: 1. The table title "Table 4 Moderation and mediation model results for digital fluency competence" should read "Table 4 Moderation and mediation model results for Desire to Flow into the City" 2. DFC was incorrectly defined as "digital fluency competence"; it should be "Desire to Flow into the City" 3. PuPH was mislabelled as "Public Policy Harm"; it should be "Public Professional Honor" 4. PePH was erroneously noted as "Perceived Policy Harm"; it should be "Personal Professional Honor" 5. NSR was mistakenly expanded as "Normative Social Responsibility"; it should be "Need for Social Recognition" Springer wishes to apologize for any inconvenience caused.
