Funding/Support: This study was funded by a Harold Rogers Prescription Drug Monitoring Program grant awarded by the US Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice Assistance, aimed at improving prescription drug monitoring programs to prevent and reduce misuse and abuse of prescription drugs.
