Can Maximum Pressure Destabilize North Korea and Its Nuclear Ambitions?

This article reviews empirical findings in scholarly literature on sanctions and applies them to the situation in North Korea. This way it concludes on the effect of US sanctions on the stability of North Korean autocracy and dependence on nuclear weapons.
