Unlocking building reuse potential through evidence based office loadings

This project will determine realistic floor loadings in office buildings, providing evidence to challenge over specification which is common in current design practice and guidance. This will unlock new reuse, adaptation and extension possibilities for existing buildings, reducing emissions and preventing the wasteful practice of demolition and rebuild.
