Understanding Knowledge Emotions (European Association for Social Psychology - Funded)

Our goal is to uncover the shared and different components of knowledge emotions, so that we can better able to predict how these emotions arise and how they change over time. Findings of our studies will be important to social psychologists interested in people’s reactions to social diversity, in processes of learning, creativity, decision-making, and motivation. Through this project we hope to bring these different research streams together and develop an integrative understanding of how various knowledge emotions may impact social psychological processes.
