The ‘Causes of delayed cancer diagnosis’ project

Project Details

Description

Would you like to complete an online questionnaire about delays in cancer diagnosis?

The Örenäs Research Group (led by me at the University of Bath) invites you to share your experience for a study which asks: what from their own experience, patients and their loved ones and carers, as well as healthcare professionals, think are the main causes of delayed cancer diagnosis?

This questionnaire will help us identify the main reasons for delays in cancer diagnosis, so that we can work on possible ways to reduce these delays.

The anonymous questionnaire takes about 5 minutes to complete.

You are very welcome to complete the questionnaire yourself, and to forward this invitation to those who are:
- people who have been diagnosed with cancer (though, if you are a clinician, not your own patients), their loved ones or caregivers;
- healthcare professionals who see patients who could be presenting because of cancer symptoms.

Here is the link to the questionnaire: https://app.onlinesurveys.jisc.ac.uk/s/bathreg/cadecad-england

If you prefer not to be involved, that’s not a problem, just ignore this email.
