This pilot project will extend our understanding of the challenges and opportunities of teaching and learning in super-diverse higher education contexts (defined below in section on Rationale) as perceived by university lecturers in the fields of business and management at two universities. Furthermore, it will explore the strategies lecturers employ in both negotiating the contours and challenges and exploiting the pedagogical richness of super-diversity in higher education contexts.
