Description
In the “Pitch-In: IoT Data Integration Platform for Supply Chain Companies” project, funded by Research England and partnered between the University of Cambridge, the University of Exeter, and UK Warehousing Association, I demonstrated how dynamic decision-making, driven by the integration of real-time IoT data with static operational data, enhances operational efficiency in supply chains involving multiple stakeholders. The newly developed data integration platform enabled transparent information sharing across the supply chain, promoting end-to-end collaboration. This project successfully raised industry partners’ awareness of the value of synchronised data and informed decision-making in their operations. Dissemination was conducted via YouTube, webinars, and website.
