Description
By accomplishing this 20-session blended leadership development programme, participants will
• Develop competences in setting change strategies, designing change process, leading professionals, managing emotions and resistance, institutionalising change in organisational culture, and assessing change effectiveness.
• Compile a learning portfolio with training materials, learning diaries, an action research with trainer’s feedback and school visit materials.
• Obtain a professional development certificate issued by CREA, University of Bath.
• Establish a professional network with trainers, education leaders and policy implementers in England.
