structure, is influenced by social support to the displaced through a multidimensional construct. For this reason, it is important to develop
and strengthen strategies that contribute to improving the problems and transferences in the mental health of people displaced by conflict
armed in the commune 1 from Soacha-Cundimanarca.
Course objective: Construction of a community-based intersectoral network for the management of problems and associated mental disorders
with the displacement forced by the armed conflict in the population of commune 1 in Soacha Cundinamarca, to improve the inclusion to the
society and resilience from this population.
Methodology: The macro study corresponded to a quasi-experienced before and after study with a follow-up period of three years.
For this call, phase 1 will be carried out and the pilot of the 2 in a year, to later evaluate and continue with the macro study.
Phase 1: Characterization of mental problems and disorders, and the current situation related to the social determinants of the population
victim of forced displacement due to the armed conflict in commune 1 of Soacha: a questionnaire will be applied once the adult person or
legal guardian of the minor has read and approved the informed consent of the study and the informed consent of the minor is the
case. The questionnaire will include demographic, socio-economic, poverty level, race / ethnicity, educational level, access to facilities
improved water and sanitation, situation of basic needs in the place where they live and social support networks. For the diagnosis of
mental problems and disorders, and resilience will apply the respective scales according to the age group.
Intervention to people who present problems and mental disorders in this phase: with the support of the group of the national university and the
students of psychology and psychiatry will proceed to make groups of help to the people diagnosed in this phase with some problem or
mental disorder, in the following ways: 1) cases will be reported to the corresponding entities in the municipality to manage a
quick attention to these problems, and 2) social support groups will be made, if possible, for the treatment of these.
Phase 2: Development and implementation of a community-based intersectoral network for problem management and mental disorders
evidenced in phase 1 (Pilot study), in order to increase the resilience of the population according to the context and reduce the problems
psychosocial related with the groups displaced.
Statistical analysis: A multilevel logistic regression model will be carried out to test the role of the social determinants of health
(SDH) in the prevalence from the problems Y disorders mental in the line base.
Expected results: It is expected to contribute to the training of 1 student of the specialty of psychiatry as well as, the linking of three
students of psychology or social work, to the creation of two scientific articles with the results, 2 events of disclosure and 2 documents
of diffusion.
