Project Details
Description
The foam filter technology (technology initiated from Bath research) has received strong support from the commercialisation team and the University of Bath has filed two patents on exemplifying the technology. IAA funding requested to identify markets further and build a conceptual prototype design that will advance the technology further and push conversations with commercial companies forward.
We plan to run the project in two phases:
· Phase (i) carried out the market analysis to inform the need and design parameters of an air filtration prototype.
IAA funding was requested only for 3 months to complete Phase (i) activities.
· Next, Phase (ii) will lead on from Phase (i) and will involve prototype development, testing and validation, and commercial traction.
