Engage with Developmental Language Disorder

The Engage with Developmental Language Disorder or E-DLD project is creating an international research database of families with a child with DLD or adults with DLD. This research database has both a primary research focus as well as a secondary focus of helping facilitate research into Developmental Language Disorder. We advertise research projects from a range of institutions on a regular basis, encouraging the E-DLD members to take part in the research projects currently recruiting individuals with DLD. A secondary aim is to help build public awareness of Developmental Language Disorder research more generally. We provide regular summaries of academic research in an access format that parents or adults with DLD can readily understand. We also host regular online events for either anyone or for E-DLD members only.
