The two researchers evaluated cultural skills development activities that were funded by a European Social Fund Innitiative. The project worked with refugees and asylum seekers; a group for women who had experienced domestic violence; and, excluded young people. They put on workshops, activities, educational events and performances that aimed to develop cultural skills. The evaluation was based on interviews with 20 artists and 30 participants.
