Combining the right to the city and the capability approach: Theoretical framework for social inclusion policies in the City of Buenos Aires

This was consultancy work with the local government of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.

I was asked to analyze the contribution the theoretical ethical framework I specialise in (the capability approach) could help inform better policies to reduce urban fragmentation. This was a collaborative work with the Interdisciplinary Programme in Human Development and Social Inclusion.
