Description
This project seeks to engage men as allies within sport coaching (a) through exploring their knowledge and understanding of gender responsive coaching and (b) by examining what gendered assumptions currently inform their practices.
Data generated through this study may serve to inform policy and practice recommendations related to gender responsive coaching and provide key insights into the role of male allyship in building strong and inclusive sport experiences and environments for all genders.
