Bath Centre for Mindfulness and Community (BCMC) – Making Links with other European Centres of Excellence for Mindfulness

Successful application to the HSS faculty for an internationalisation award of £8000, leading a team of 3 staff members and 4 PhD students from the BCMC on a trip to Europe in 2023, visiting mindfulness centres and research centres in The Netherlands (Amsterdam and Maastricht) and Belgium (Leuven). This has led to us hosting reciprocal talks at the monthly BCMC research seminars from PhD students in international centre of excellence (Leuven Mindfulness Centre), and has helped us to form networks for future international grant applications.
