The client needed to understand whether the stone facing on Kingsmead House, Bath, was natural bath stone or reconstituted stone, as part of the planning conditions required natural stone to be retained / re-used.
Layman's description
The stone facing on Kingsmead House, Bath was analysed and found to be a high quality natural bathstone. As a result of these findings the developers were required to ensure that the majority of the stone was retained as part of the demolition process for re-use either on site or elsewhere
