Layman's description

Research and public engagement projects that link between the social and technical performance of buildings to better understand how they are used, and therefore, how best to retrofit them. The findings will inform building retrofit strategies as well as standards for new buildings.

Key findings

Integrated social and technical strategies are necessary to achieve better quality homes and to deliver climate resilience action in the longer term.
