Research interests
Dr. Yeseul Kim is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) of Marketing at the University of Bath. She earned a Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of South Florida and an M.S. and B.A. in Psychology from Korea University. She attempts to incorporate her learnings in the psychology discipline into the marketing area and in the process aimed to bridge several aspects of these two disciplines.
Her key research interests lie at the intersection of consumer well-being, retailing, and sensory marketing. She investigates how sensory stimuli used in retailing affect consumers’ evaluations and choices. Her research has been published in established academic journals including Journal of Consumer Psychology and Journal of Retailing.
