This requires that their organisations thrive and prosper at the leading-edge of the sectors (market-spaces) in which they operate; able to shape the future. The leaders must be able to define compelling strategies that lean-forward into the unfolding, unknown future and they must be effective at motivating followership from the communities of stakeholders that they serve. Achieving performance results today whilst investing in and preparing for greater success tomorrow.
