Research interests
I am a Senior Fellow of Higher Education Academy (SFHEA) and have a PhD in Management Sciences. I have over 15 years of experience working in different sectors of industry such as healthcare, retail, pharmaceutical and education. My research is mainly focused on applying operations research and statistical techniques on problems in healthcare, retail and transportation. I have done research on facility location, preventative healthcare, vehicle routing problem, revenue management, elderly care, preventive maintenance, tourism planning and adoption of technologies among others. I am interested in Futurology and solving real-world problems using Business Analytics techniques.
