I am a Lecturer and Medical Research Council Skills Development Fellow in the Department of Mathematical Sciences. I am also an Academy of Medical Sciences Springboard Award holder and a member of the RSE Young Academy of Scotland.

I use mathematical modelling techniques to model infectious disease spread within the body. I use differential equations and individual-based models to mimic disease progression and simulate novel treatment strategies.
