My teaching covers the field of Accounting and Finance for both undergraduate and postgraduate modules.

I specalise in Cultural, Linguistic, Behavioural Finance, governance and Corporate Finance. At the heart of my research agenda is a desire to better understand individuals’ and corporations' decision-making under risk and uncertainty; and how corporate governance, such as board compositions and CEO's characteristics, plays a role in a firm's strategic decisions: CSR, capital structure, risk taking, cash holding, dividend pay-out, etc.
