Minmin Xi

Minmin has passion for teaching and learning. She has a mixed background to education and work in both China and U.K. She has worked in the private and public sectors in the area of management accounting, for which accumulated experience contributes to the duty at Bath. 

 

Minmin’s research has concerned the effectiveness of performance measures use in social and organisational context. She has examined the relation of strategic uncertainty, performance measures use, and performance at Chinese economical environment. Her further expectation is to optimise performance measures use in social and organisational context at global.
