Personal profile
Research interests
My research to date as predominantly focused on developing accessible digital interventions for the prevention and treatment of disordered eating. My PhD focused on developing a digital self-help nature connectedness intervention for people with disordered eating in collaboration with people with lived experience and other key stakeholders. Within my current role, I’m working on a project that aims to co-develop school-based digital microinterventions aimed at reducing the risk of adolescents developing disordered eating.
I’m also interested in exploring how a nature-connectedness approach can be used to promote mental health. In addition, I’m passionate about increasing the inclusion of lived experience and other key stakeholders in mental health research.
