Teaching interests
I joined the Department of Politics, Languages and International Studies (PoLIS) as a Lecturer in French in January 2021.
In August 2022, I became Director of Studies for the BA (Hons) in Modern Languages and European Studies (years 3 & 4).
Before joining the University of Bath, I lectured French at the Universities of Bristol (2019-2021) and Oxford (2015-2020), in particular at St Anne's College (2017-2021).
In 2013, I qualified as a language teacher in France (CAPES) and I was recently awarded a Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) in 2022.
Research interests
In 2020, I completed my PhD in English Studies at the University of Nice. My research examines English republican ideas and their reception under the reign of Queen Victoria.
