Teaching interests

Manuela Barona is a Lecturer in Applied Clinical Psychology at the University of Bath, and a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. She originally trained in Spain as a clinical psychologist and has a special interest in working with children and young people. She has worked in a range of clinical settings as well as reserach posts.

Currently alongside her teaching, she works in a Specialist Paediatric Chronic Fatigue Service at the Royal United Hospital in Bath.

She completed her PhD at the University College London exploring neuropsychology and neuroimaging markers in Children at high-familial risk for Eating Disorders.
