I am interested in New Keynesian DSGE, labour market search models and machine learning in Economics.
My current research involves analysing segmented markets using machine learning techniques, and modelling the UK labour market and the gig economy.
I teach Intermediate Macroeconomics II to Year 2 students.
I introduce students to more complex concepts in macroeconomics. I teach students how the economy should work using models, and how the economy actually works by relating the models to the data and contemporary macroeconomic events.
