I teach a range of HRM and applied psychology topic areas particualrly around strategic HRM, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and work design.

I am particularly interested in supervising doctoral projects on LGBT+ inclusion at work, meaningful work and the tensions surrounding efforts to manage meaningfulness in the workplace, and issues surrounding contemporary HRM practices around managing inclusion, wellbeing, and peoples' sense of belonging.
