Personal profile

Research interests

My research focuses on socio-technical systems transitions. Following a transdisciplinary perspective, I include perspectives from technological and social innovation, public policy, psychology, sociology and management.

My current PhD question looks at employers establishing policies to promote the adoption of low-carbon transport behaviours among employees, and asks: will the participation of employees in the decision-making process have any effect on the levels of acceptance of such policies and the adoption of less carbon-intensive mobility habits?

To answer the question I am exploring literature on business ethics, policy acceptance, workplace decision-making, green human resources management, participatory decision-making processes, low-carbon workplace behaviours and low-carbon transport technologies.
