Personal profile

Research interests

My research project investigates the effectiveness of digital health technology to support mental health and wellbeing.

In particular, I'm interested in understanding:

  • the strengths and weaknesses of digital mental health support
  • how and why individual differences within the general population influence the relationship between engagement and effectiveness
  • engagement of digital mental health support in an autistic population

The current project is supported by the ESRC SWDTP and Cyberlimbic Systems Ltd, and supervised by Dr Ben Ainsworth (lead supervisor), Professor Mark Brosnan, and Dr Christopher Clarke from the University of Bath.
