Research interests
My research falls broadly in the study of Disordered Systems. That is, I use statistical methods to understand the large-scale behaviour of collections of many particles/components/species/... that interact in an inhomogeneous way. I have a particular interest in the application of such tools to Theoretical Ecology, in order to understand how species-rich communities are able to coexist and maintain stability.
