  • Wireless Charging - near-field inductive charging for consumer electronics, robotics, micromobility (E-bikes, E-scooters) and EVs. 
  • High-frequency Power Electronics - design of magnetic components and power converters at MHz frequency.
  • Superconducting Magnets and Devices - including partially insulated HTS magnets, superconductors for power conversion and wireless power supplies for magnets (flux pumps). 
  • Nuclear Fusion - HTS magnets for magnetically confined fusion and system design of tokamak reactors.
