Research interests
The key focus of my research is marketing's influence on consumer well-being, especially in the context of healthy food consumption. In this domain, I study consumer reactions to for example front-of-package nutrition labels, nutrition claims and pricing strategies. Additionally, I am interested in understanding how product presentation, like packaging or product images, influence consumer perceptions of the product and their behaviors.
My research has been published in the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science and presented in a number of international conferences, such as the annual conference of the Association for Consumer Research and the American Marketing Association's Marketing & Public Policy Conference.
