Research interests
My teaching and research interests are in Organizational Change and Development with particular reference to cultural change in the public sector. The perspective adopted is one of sensemaking and organizing. The Change Management Forum is linked to this work.
Guest Editor of a Special Issue of Human Relations Journal entitled Sensemaking, Organising and Storytelling, which will be published in late 2011 or early 2012.
